Hi Danny! I generally leave my Wherry in the primary fermentation bin for about 8-9 days. It then sits in the pressure barrel for about 4 weeks. I’ve yet to do any bottled brews but any advice resulting from your efforts would be greatly appreciated. And good luck with your Wherry!

I’ve just started making wines from foraged fruit and decided to start beer. So I bought a Wherry kit and made it last night. How long did you leave yours in the fermentation bin ? Excited as this is my first “kit beer”. I made nettle beer recently but I think that I bottled too soon…as they exploded in the garage !

Hi, this was CM6. Unfortunately I can’t tell you which revision as the phone was unfortunately stolen from me several months back and I haven’t yet replaced it. I’m not aware of any current patch for CM7.03 but what you’ll want to look at is the kernel number. I was using 2.6.37.2.

Which version of CM were you using for this? Is there a patch for the current CM7.0.3 kernel? Any tips/instructions welcome.
